Classes begin with 15 minutes of foam rolling, followed by 10 minutes of mobility drills. Then a variety of routines are used to keep classes different and fun! By circuit training, you will burn a maximum amount of calories while building strength and endurance! Classes end with 10-15 minutes of stretching. Come and enjoy the high energy vibe! 

*Please bring a foam roller and a yoga mat.
